You can be certain once aware of your conscious creation it’s like hitting the lottery! On this day it happened just as I intended, so Im feeling inspired on a massive level.
My morning started with an intention, unlike most mornings when my feet are hitting the ground before the eyes have cleared from their slumber. Previously the night before I dedicated myself to being a creator, not a victim of my reality.
There was a ease and flow to the morning, like time slowed down enough or so it seemed. Choosing to be consciously aware and able to appreciate going from a state of sleep to awake without feeling rushed. The ultimate goal is that it will happen sooner rather than later. Nevertheless, I understand it will take a daily effort before it becomes a habit, it’s worth it.
“What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.” –Buddha
Recognizing Conscious Creation
Recognizing and becoming aware of when we are the creator or the victim of our reality, the choice is always our own. Conscious creation is happening naturally through our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and actions. Creator or victim, which reality am I living today?
Creating unconsciously is to be unaware or in a state of sleep, going from one day to the next with no purpose. Being driven by circumstances outside of oneself, not playing a active role in ones own life. Will you be the creator or the victim of your reality?
With each day I choose to consciously create by training my attention away from seeing only outer circumstances and pulling it back to the inner process and choosing to work/create from there.
“The creative process unfolds continually, infinitely, constantly. You cannot miss it. It’s going to happen whether you pay attention or not. So the question becomes: how do you create the inner experience with the most harmony and ingredients of joy or the ingredients you seek in the outer? The answer is, you train your attention away from the outer long enough to perceive how the inner process works.” –Gradius & Ragon
To sum it all up we go back to the inner workings, always a constant. Furthermore to help keep myself on track I like to read and watch others work/creations, it inspires me to continue consciously creating. Below I chose a blog which is 3 parts long by Dr. Joe Dispenza titled Change Your Box, Change Your Reality: Part 1,2 & 3.
Inner work also requires body work and I have found the MDC Daily Sprays ideal, check them out. Your going to be amazed about spray absorption vs pills, I know I was.
“When you react to the problems or challenges in your life, your thoughts and feelings produce patterns in the quantum field. That’s because thoughts create electrical charges and feelings produce magnetic charges, the totality of which is the energy you broadcast on a moment to moment basis. Likewise, that energy produces corresponding patterns in your brain circuitry that release the same chemicals in your body, which affects your biology and gene expression in the same way. Ultimately, this string of events influences your health, as well as your life. But before we move on, let’s go back to that problem in your life that won’t go away, the problem we spoke of in Part I.”Dr. Joe Dispenza titled Change Your Box, Change Your Reality:
Here’s to each of us doing the best we can, aspiring to be all we can create ourselves to be and more, don’t stop creating!
