New Year, New Month, New Goals To Set!
This doesn’t have to be discouraging, we can make setting goals fun and most of all it will be rewarding to see the pay off. I totally get it, I used to be that person who could not see past 6 months into the future. So, when the question was asked “where do you see yourself in 5 years” I get that deer in the headlights look.
Are you serious? Where do I see myself 5 years from now? Huge stumbling block for me, completely elusive to my thinking or comprehension. Then came the “what’s wrong with me” why cant I be like others type of thinking running around in my mind. A person can get so lost in that circular thinking, stop yourself and quick before it takes a good hold.

Happiness a state of mind? Of course it is, just as easily one chooses to stay in a bad mood one can make the choice to be happy! Taking control of your thoughts can be as simple as flipping the switch off and choosing to be happy instead of, well (insert your word here.)
